Architectural Interior Designer
Under close supervision by Senior Project Manager, responsible for corporate interior projects, programming, schematic design, design development, client meetings, production of construction documents and construction management including coordination with engineers and consultant ship drawings. Plan, design, and furnish interiors of commercial buildings. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity, selling merchandise, or improving life style. Knowledge of construction procedures, zoning, building codes and materials. Be able to use software such as AutoCAD. BS or MS Interior design & 2 yrs experience
